The school values of Miina Härma Gümnaasium are EXPERIENCED and LEADING THE WAY.

Miina Härma Gümnaasium is a school where through understanding the lessons of the past we can prepare for the future. We wish to discover and construct the world whatever obstacles we may face.

We are prepared because we are flexible.

We are prepared because we enjoy the challenges.

We value knowledge and pursuing it, the courage to question, take interest and ask questions. We value hard work, determination, ingenuity because only with the help of that we can build something new. We value agency and critical thinking because only then can we choose the right path. We dare to take responsibility.

We are different, special, and everyone has something to offer to the world. We are a community, we give each other roots to be secure in our actions and wings to be free in our thoughts.

We are the oldest Estonian secondary school, respectable and professional. Our goal is to carry the national values to the contemporary world. We can do this with the help of great foreign language skills. We are an international school, we understand the variety of cultures and values across the world.
